Counseling
is offered for those questions in your life, for which you desire support, and in which you don't mind receiving that support on screen. During our conversations, we will listen to you, ask questions and offer up exercises, which may inspire you to look at things with a fresh perspective. We will give you our full attention. This could essentially cover any and all aspects of life, regardless whether you wish to make a change, need help making a decision or are facing challenging events or developments at the moment, which life may throw at you whether you're ready or not:
- Those could be questions about relationships, separations or thoughts and feelings about the "time after" — unexpected events that challenge or overwhelm you. These questions can arise not only in romantic relationships, but also in those with children, parents, co-workers or friends.
- Sometimes you need help with topics that highlight the connection and interaction between your professional and personal life, where one seems to affect the other.
- Specifically, we can support you when you feel stress and other burdens affecting your physical health and you wish to explore new paths, or return to those you had since abandoned, in the context of a mindfulness practice.
It is possible that we recommend you seek counseling or therapy where you live — or refer you to a practitioner, if possible — if on-screen counseling does not seem to us to be the suitable or helpful form of support for you. Our services also can help you bridge a waiting period for a therapy appointment.
